French Inspired Shoot | Deux Belettes Byron Bay

When this shoot was featured on Style Me Pretty earlier this year this is what Abby Larson Director of Style Me Pretty wrote "For a girl that stares at pretty pictures day in and day out, one might think that I would be desensitized to the good stuff. The stuff that knocks you clear off your feet and forces your heart to skip a tiny beat. But with a backdrop this beautiful, a marbled cake and a backless gown that sort of makes me weep… that is exactly what my heart did" and it sums up perfectly how the Little Gray Station team feels about this magical shoot.

Set amongst the enchanting grounds of Deux Belettes in Byron Bay, beautiful long wooden dining tables, lined with bentwood chairs from Hampton Event Hire, cascading with flowing grey linens and delicate florals from Green and Bloom, this French inspired shoot creates an enchanting, ethereal atmosphere. Dramatic pewter calligraphy on black cards by Cass Deller Design sit alongside lavender posies tied with maroon silk ribbons atop delicate white stoneware.

Pomegranates and grapes spill out of tarnished silver platters featuring delicious French cheese, as handmade artisan bread is kneaded and baked on site in this romantic setting by Your Gourmet catering. Nestled in a picturesque alcove overlooking the stunning Deux Belettes grounds sits the beautiful marbled wedding cake from The Cake That Ate Paris, a modern reference to the opulence of French feasting.
